How do I track my progress and submit results?
You can track your activity using any fitness app or wearable device. Once you finish your distance, log into your Pacer account and upload a screenshot of your activity to our results portal.
When will I receive my finisher medal?
Medals are typically shipped within 3-5 business days after you have successfully submitted your results. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.
Do I have to complete the entire distance at once?
Not at all! You can complete your challenge in one session or break it up into smaller segments over several days. The goal is to cross the finish line at your own pace.
What types of activities are eligible for challenges?
Most of our challenges support walking, running, cycling, swimming, and even treadmill sessions. Check the specific challenge description for any activity-specific rules.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our medals and merchandise worldwide. Please note that international shipping times vary by location and may take 10-21 business days.
Can I get a refund if I cannot complete the challenge?
