Please note that once a digital challenge has been started or a finisher medal has been earned, we cannot accept returns for those specific items.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your package, providing your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Verify Condition
Ensure that apparel is unworn and medals are in their original packaging; for damaged goods, please attach a clear photo of the defect.
Ship the Item
Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label; securely pack your items and drop them off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Refund or Replacement
After our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement gear within 5 business days.
